In 2014 I joined LEGO Education, the educational branch of the LEGO group, creating solutions to “learn to learn” in a playful way.
During four years, I committed myself to convince the educational world of the importance of learning through play. As a consequence, I investigated the pedagogy through play in connection with the most important research centres on the subject (MIT, Cambridge University, LEGO Foundation).
Moreover, I experimented these methods with my international teams and distributors, to facilitate collaboration and communication at a distance, in a multicultural and intergenerational frame.
Thanks to this experience, I improved my facilitating and coaching skills.
I also understood how great play could be, to develop soft-skills and to help teams work better together.
