I was lucky enough to study neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) with Robert DILTS, one of the most prominent researchers on the subject.
Dilts has worked a lot on belief systems, the “systemic” approach and the technique of logical levels. He has also developed the third generation of NLP, focused on communication, learning and change.
I use NLP to associate the growth of individuals with the transformations of organizations.
