In 2007 I joined the Hachette group to represent its publishers in French West Indies, French Guiana and Europe.

Travelling a lot, I encountered different approaches to selling.

I had noticed that when I shared with some the practices of others, the interest of my clients grew: I learned to the Guianese the new tricks of the Italians, I told the Spanish the latest fashions of the Parisian bookshops.

From one visit to another, they learned, they experimented, some became creative.

Thanks to this experience, I understood the importance of continuous learning and creativity to renew the motivation at work daily.
