This is among the most interesting training I have been able to benefit.
It was a key experience to understand andragogy (the learning of adults) and to acquire the technicality of the corporate trainer (instructional design, animation and assesment).
A complex job we cannot improvise, because it is not enough to be an expert to be able to transmit and to help people to evolve.
